The review
The review is a free, informal look at your website. It is provided as-is, as my professional opinion, with no guarantee of any particular result. What you do with it is up to you.
Your responsibilities
By submitting your website you confirm it is yours, or that you are authorised to have it reviewed.
What you receive
The recording and written notes I send are yours to keep and use. The methods and templates I use to produce them remain mine.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from the review or from acting on it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
