The walkthrough is a free, informal review of your website. It is provided as-is, as my professional opinion, with no guarantee of any particular result. What you do with it is up to you.
By submitting your website you confirm it is yours, or that you are authorised to have it reviewed.
The recording and written notes I send are yours to keep and use. The methods and templates I use to produce them remain mine.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from the walkthrough or from acting on it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
