This explains what I collect when you use clarkspendelow.com and request a website walkthrough, and what I do with it. Clark Spendelow is a sole operator based in Adelaide, Australia.
When you request a walkthrough, the form asks for your name, email and website, plus a few details about your firm: how long it has been operating, roughly how many clients a year, where your enquiries come from, and what you have tried. You can also opt in to occasional marketing emails.
Like most websites, I also collect standard analytics (pages visited, device and browser, approximate location) using Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which rely on cookies and similar identifiers.
To carry out your walkthrough and reply to you, to understand how the site is used, and, only if you opt in, to send the occasional useful note.
Form submissions are stored in a database (Supabase) and emails are sent through Resend. Analytics are processed by Google and Meta. These providers process data on my behalf and may store it outside Australia.
I do not sell your information. I only share it with the service providers above, or where required by law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You can ask me to access or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
